Why Choose Me
- I learned entirely by ear, so I know how to teach you to trust yours too.
- Piano and production both live in my hands, so I understand your whole sound, not just one part of it.
- I'll show you the patterns behind the music, so you understand it faster and actually remember what you learn.
- Over 15 years of playing and producing sit behind every lesson, so what you're learning comes from real experience, not just theory.
- Payment only comes after I've properly understood your goals, so you'll know I'm invested in helping you before I ask for anything.

"I didn't realise I was jumping around so many ideas until Kenzo slowed everything down and said we should work on one thing at a time. By the end of the session we had recorded my whole guitar section. I finally felt like I was making progress."
Samantha — Piano Student
"I told Kenzo I wanted to learn a song which he didn't know. But he came back a few days later and showed me how to play it, after he'd learnt it himself. I'm still working on my timing."

"Great working with Kenzo, really friendly. He knows what he's doing — we've recorded 2 songs together and are now working on more. I've recommended him to friends."
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need any previous musical experience?
Not at all. Every lesson and session is tailored to your current skill level and goals, so you’re welcome if you’re a complete beginner or already have experience.
What can I learn in piano lessons?
Lessons can cover everything from chords, scales and music theory to ear training, improvisation, playing by ear and learning songs. Every lesson is personalised to help you reach your musical goals.
What happens in a production session?
Production sessions are tailored to your needs. You might want to arrange a song, record vocals, improve a mix or simply get creative guidance. We’ll work together to bring your ideas to life.
How long are your sessions?
Piano lessons and production sessions are typically one hour long. If you’re working on a larger project, such as a full song or EP, longer project-based packages are also available.
Do I need to bring anything?
For piano lessons, just bring yourself and a willingness to learn. For production sessions, bring any ideas, recordings or project files you’d like to work on.
Can lessons be online?
Yes. Lessons and production sessions can be arranged online or in person, depending on what works best for you.
How do I book a session?
Simply click one of the booking buttons on the website, choose a suitable time and complete your booking. You’ll receive confirmation with everything you need to get started.
What is the refund policy?
Piano lessons and production sessions: If you need to cancel, please give at least 24 hours' notice and we'll arrange a new booking. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.
Digital products: Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds cannot be offered once a product has been downloaded or accessed, unless required by UK consumer law.
How does payment work?
No payment is required to make a booking. Once we've spoken directly and I understand what help you're looking for and your goals, I'll send a payment link by email. For sample packs, drum kits, loop kits and courses, payment is taken at the point of purchase through the shop.
